This memorial website was created to remember our dearest daughter Carmen Viviane Erna Bastien who was born in Canada London Ontario on April 24, 1984 and passed away at her appartment on September 1, 2006 at the age of 22. You will live forever in our memories and hearts. Carmen may be gone but through the lives she touched she will live on.

When you see a person that looks different from the supposed norm. Think twice as to your actions. As the inner being of that person is the same as yours. Full of hopes, dreams, aspirations, and a wish for acceptance. Read Carmen’s writings, and you will see the damage to the human spirit these behaviours can inflict. Be not cruel or indifferent but give honest respect and love. Learn well from her pain.
